More about Tennyson Gardens and Pilmoor Green
Tennyson Gardens and Pilmoor Green are two separate housing schemes. Both are in walking distance of each other and are in the park side area of the town.
Tennyson Gardens is situated in the Parkside area of the town. It is a quiet, leafy cul de sac with the community centre in the heart of the scheme. Pilmoor Green is the smaller of the two schemes. The people that live there are very independent but enjoy some activities together.
Tennyson Gardens consist of one bed bungalows. Pilmoor Green offer a mix of one bed bungalows and ground floor apartments.
All properties have modern fitted kitchens, wet rooms and include some parking facilities. Both schemes have a community centre, which is used for daily activities and events. We encourage tenants to join in the different activities if they would like to.
Our schemes are attractive and welcoming. They are also great value due to our reasonable rent and reduced heating costs.

We offer the Lifeline service. This provides you with 24 hour support in the absence of your scheme manager.
If you need help you can alert the scheme manager using a pull cord.
If your scheme manager is not in the building Darlington CCTV will receive the alert. They will make sure you receive the support you need.
