The safety of our customers is very important to us, so as a precaution we're recalling this product from sale immediately. This is because that the heel attachment has fallen below our rigorous standards and may detach during wear.

If you have bought this item since 3 November 2019 from John Lewis & Partners or johnlewis.com, please stop using it, and return it to your nearest John Lewis shop as soon as possible for a full refund, or to exchange it for an alternative product if you prefer.
