2020.12.07 Recall: Nescafé Shakissimo Espresso Latte

The following notice has been issued by the Food Standards Agency:

Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy UK recalls a batch of Nescafé Shakissimo Espresso Latte 190ml because of contamination with residues of a cleaning solution.

Risk statement
The product has been contaminated with cleaning solution containing hydrogen peroxide which may make the product unsafe to drink.

Action taken by the company
Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy UK is recalling the above product. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product. Please see the attached notice.

Our advice to consumers
If you have bought the above product do not drink it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
