A recall has been announced on the following product:

Product number - QQ7GF - Trust GXT705R RYON CHAIR RED
Item Code - 918922
Supplier Item Code - 22256

Our supplier has identified that this chair does not comply with the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations.

This means it may present a fire hazard risk if it comes in to contact with an open flame.

Consumer safety is their top priority and they are voluntarily recalling this chair as a precautionary measure.

No other gaming chairs are affected by this notice.

If you have an affected product please stop using this item immediately and return it to us in the normal way for a full refund

What you need to do?

please contact our customer service team who will arrange for the chair to be collected
on receipt of your returned chair we will provide you with a full refund. This can take up to 14 days for your card or account to be credited
if you've bought this and passed the chair on, please make them aware of this recall and arrange for the product to be returned to us
