Risk description
This product poses a high risk of choking and injury as the magnetic fishes fit entirely within the small parts cylinder and the magnetic flux index is 82.41 kG²mm², greater than the limit of 50kG²mm² Additionally the magnet components of the fishing rods detached at forces of 16N and 44N and fit entirely in the small parts cylinder and had a magnetic flux index between 134.85 kG² mm² and 148.67 kG² mm² greater than the limit of 50 kG² mm². If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk that the magnets become drawn to each other in the digestive system, which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought immediately. Testing identified, the product does not meet all the marking requirements of the relevant standard, including warnings relating to specific hazards. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
