The battery cover can be removed without the aid of a tool. The button cell batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children and also presenting a serious chemical risk by causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract. The product also presents a risk of burns as the short-circuit causes a smoke release and generates a maximum temperature. The overheating poses a burns hazard to consumers. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
