Risk description
This product poses a serious risk of choking as when tested according to drop test the rabbit at the front of the walker broke open and a screw fell out. The screw fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder. When a second sample was tested, according to the drop test, the rabbit at the front of the walker broke off and five pieces of plastic were produced, three of which fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder and therefore poses a potential choking risk to a child under 36 months. The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective measures
Destruction of the product.
