Risk description
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the height fails to comply with 5.2.3.2 of the British Standard. The height of the enclosure was measured and was found to be 0.98 + 0.01 m, which is less than the specified minimum of 1.5 m for medium trampolines and 1.8 m for large trampolines. A child may jump too high on the trampoline, lose control, and go over the safety net, presenting an injury hazard to the user. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011
