The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of choking as the product contains small parts which can be swallowed by a young child and block their airways. The product also presents a risk of asphyxiation as the flexible plastic bags in which the toy's accessories are supplied in have an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and their average sheet thickness are between 0.023 mm and 0.025 mm which is less than the permissible 0.038 mm. Additionally, the product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011
