Product description
Silicone baby teether in shape of mushroom, with white stem and a blue top with antennae. The product is available in multiple colours.
Hazard
The product presents a risk of suffocation as it has been identified that the mushroom head can flip around creating a tight suction. If this suction is over the mouth of a child or infant, the child may suffocate. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users and removed from the online marketplace by Amazon.
We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Ensure it is kept out of reach of children. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
