Black electrical adaptor for ride-on car
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the plug pins on the device were not compatible with sockets outlets conforming to BS1363. The product also does not bear the relevant required markings.
The adaptor does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
Destruction of the product by the importer.
