Records before to that date are no longer available.

The following information will be provided where applicable:

• description of work
• decision and date of decision
• completion date (where applicable)
• whether any formal enforcement proceedings have been instigated for the property

• Personal searches (email response) – e.g. email requests for what applications have been made on a particular property if you do not want to use the the online property history checker - £20.00
