Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as, due to a manufacturing fault, the forward ejection charge fails. This results in the uncontrolled return of the rocket to the ground, which may result in the user, or surrounding people becoming injured.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015.
Corrective action
The affected models / batches have been recalled from end users.
