The product presents a high risk of choking as it has been identified that the restraint strap and attached label may become loose and detach, producing a small part capable of fitting entirely inside of a small parts cylinder. A young child may put the label in their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
