Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as the blanket cable may overheat. The overheating may cause the plastic cable cover to melt and cause a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by The Range.
Affected consumers are advised to unplug the product and stop using immediately. Please return the product to any Range store for a full refund.
