A small blue baby inflatable float with carry case and harness
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries because it has an unsafe canopy attached. If the baby were to be placed in the swim float and a gust of wind were to catch the canopy, the swim float would be lifted off the water and the baby could fall from a height.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
