Product description
A red teddy bear plush toy with tartan accessories
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as upon inspection, it was found that the stitching of the toy can come loose and the size of the hole meant it was possible to access the filling inside. If a child were to be playing with the toy unaccompanied and put their hand into the hole, then they or other children may access and swallow filling, causing them to choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
