Darlington Xtra [external link] is an exciting initiative aimed at promoting Darlington as a great place to live, work and learn.  They have a range of podcasts[external link] available through their website designed to share lots of helpful and interesting information for people who live and work in Darlington.

In episode 1 [external link] Housing Team Leader, Natalie, talks about how we deal with repairs and maintenance in our properties to ensure our tenants have safe and decent homes to live in.
