Tenancy Visits
We will need to visit you in your home from time to time. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet your Housing Management Officer and to discuss any issues, questions or concerns you may have, although if these are urgent you should not wait for this visit.
We aim to visit all our tenants every 3 years, although we may visit you more often if we can. The aim of these visits are to discuss your tenancy or any issues or queries you have and to ensure we know who is living in our properties. These visits help us to prevent tenancy fraud and to inspect property conditions.
If you are an Introductory Tenant we will visit you around 6 months after your tenancy started, this is an opportunity to see how you’ve settled in, talk about issues and see if you need any help.
