Darlington library art gallery
The latest Community Art Project exhibition was at the Gallery at Crown Street Library, Darlington from July 22nd to August 6th. It is the first time we have exhibited there since the library’s refurbishment. We have another planned there next year. The current exhibition shows a range of work in various media by all those attending the art project
Last month's trip was to NGCA and the National Glass Centre in Sunderland. Last Thursday’s group visited Baltic Contemporary Art Centre in Gateshead to see the Open Submission exhibition. There were also displays by Franki Raffles, Hannah Perry and Jimmy Turrell. Kittiwake chicks were also seen from the Level 5 viewing platform!
