We keep information about and adults and children who hire the facilities, book tickets for events or take out memberships

We use information about you facilitate the operation of the facilities, as well as manage any concerns around an individual’s health.
We are required to use your information for the purposes of administering the contract we have with you.
Who can see my information?
Staff within Leisure Services who work to provide the services we deliver.
How do you store the information you keep about me?
Some information is held in a paper format which is stored in lockable cabinets. Electronic information is held on the Council’s secure server.
How long do you keep information about me?
We keep your information for a period of two years from the point you stop using the facilities. This information is destroyed securely when we no longer need it.
How did the Council get my personal data?
The information we use is information you have provided. If you have provided us with information about your medical history, then we may also use this.
What sort of information do you keep?
